I don't usually go to restaurants, but I usually tip well. If it's ordering pizza, I leave around 20-30% to the delivery guy. | |

The reason American restaurants don't add on the tip to the bill is because they fear people won't come in as much, and because of competition of other restaurants, they want to make as much money as possible. America is a very greedy country. Why do you think corporations always whine about the very low taxes they pay?
And, they worry about fast food, which really has put many restaurants out of buisiness. They also blame OSHa laws which regulate fire alarms and fire doors and the like. Since workers are interchangeable, they really don't care if they get fair wages. America has a horrible wage rate, compared to other western countries, which they call Socialist. All you others say Hell Yea!! | |
