Oh!...I can't think of the name of the movie...but, there is a scene in the movie where the one guy has another man tied to a chair, and he's slicing at him with a buzzsaw(?)...I don't remember the dialog, but I remember he's doing this crazy  all the while he's cutting him up...it's freaky!   | |

Michael Madsen plays a thug who ties a cop to a chair and tortures him. One scene, he dances to "Stuck In The Middle With You", while he slices the cops ear of with a razor!
