I shouldn't say things like dat cause i work in retail..but really...imagine being a full-on tight-assed (or arsed) serial bad rater!!! AND YOU STILL recieve benefits!!!

i remember our system was set up by phone number..and whenever someone wouldnt give a number we would key in ours...this was at Best Products if anyone remembers that hell whole of a place..

well, our bonuses would be based on the Mystery Shop responces of like four of our shoppers...inevitiably each quarter one of our employees would be shopped..we would high-five each other whenever someone would admit, "i was shopped..WE GOTTA PERFECT TEN!!"

You have to follow whatever steps dat store has to a perfect sale...and you usually recogise a mystery shopper when there's always an objective to whatever it is...like in a clothing store i work in, 'Hmmm i don't know...it doesn't feel right...i feel weird' etc and at the end they rarely buy they always put things on hold...actually dat s what i do alot...i'm sure i've rolled alotta sales assistants into thinkin they've got a mystery shopper
