tackam	Y'know, I love coffee, but it's never really helped me to wake up. I often drink it in the evenings, actually. I'm so not a morning person. I would love to get up and enjoy the sunrise, but my body just won't go for it. If it were up to me, I'd stay up until 2am every day and wake up around 10 or 11am.

I dont feel I NEED coffee every day to help me.. I just enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee to start my day. I am not a huge breakfast eater while i am at work, so that sort of suffices as breakfast!!!

Anxiety

I cut down drastically on my coffee intake last Fall, and my morning energy potion ritual these days involves a big ol' french press full of roasted yerba mate. It's a funky kind of dark tea that's got all the bite of coffee, all the zip and pep and ass-kick of coffee (hurray for mateine, mother nature's lil' best kept secret), and best of all, it's caffeine free so I don't get all jacked up and then crash later in the day like I did on coffee.
