Anybody?

What is your morning ritual? Are you one of those annoying people who just pops out of bed effortlessly?

Yes, I don't need coffee to wake up, I just wake up when I feel like it.

But I would like coffee please. Lots of cream, lots of sugar. And a chocolate croissant, too.

While you're at it, an omlette and a small sallad. and bring it to bed please, I don't feel like getting up.

I usually get a cafe au lait from Starbucks on my way to work or school in the morning. In the summer, I get a Toffee Nut Frappuccino.

Early morning is my favorite time of day. I usually have my first cup of coffee while I'm driving to work it's about a 20 - 40 min. drive depending on traffic. I love walking out of my house and climbing in my truck coffee, cd's, and my smokes at hand, the sun just rising,the warmth of sleep still clinging to my skin, my perfume still fresh in my nose, the heater blasting warm air around me, the silence of my street, the drivers seat cradles me,the sound of the ignition.....ahh total and complete

I drank a Venti Carmel Coffee today from the Hospitals Starbucks shop. It did the opposite to me today... leaving me somewhat calm. I am trying to reverse the affect as we speak with a few Bud Lights. It's working.

What's this world coming to....
