Well, I Couldn't Resist.... I went out and adopted another cat, her name is Fluffy. She was a stray that was being cared for by her "foster mom" until a good permanent home could be found. Fluffy joins my other two cats, Shadow and Reebok, who are both boys but are both fixed (don't have room for any more kitties in my house, although kittens are sooo sweet!). Fluffy is a real sweetheart of a cat, she comes when you call her (how many cats do that), and she loves to be petted.
I never thought that I would go out and adopt another stray cat, but when I saw Fluffy's picture online, I fell in love with her and I just had to have her. I'm glad that I gave her a good home, since I have grown quite fond of her. [This message was edited Thu Apr 1 13:27:00 2004 by psychodelicide] RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

She's beautiful. I just love cats!! I especially love orange cats.
One time I was walking home and passed a freeway offramp. As I stood at the offramp waiting for the light to turn so I could cross the street, I heard the mewling of a kitten. I looked around but couldn't see it. I waited until it was clear for me to cross the street and right there between the trash cans and concrete Pilons that were stacked on the island that separated both sides of the street was a tiny white baby kitty. She was shivering when I picked her up. I took her home and raised her 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

Aww thanks, that means a lot to me. I always say that if I had a big house and yard, I would have about 100 cats roaming around. All of the stray cats in the neighborhood could come and get a free meal at my house. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I never can understand how people can just abandon a cat or a dog that they no longer want. That is so thoughtless and cruel, not to mention the possibility of the poor animal getting sick, hit by a car and killed, and who knows what else. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
