Soups On! Tonight I pulled out a turkey. It will be prepared in a 1/2 Cuban 1/2 Soul food way. 
Sir Turkey is coated in : Lemon onion cilantro garlic butter (Just to seal the skin) wine seasoned salt pepper basil many more seasonings Mashed potatoes too! YUM! Who is coming for dinner? The question is what to do with the remainder of the wine?
