Wrestlemania 20! Heh, I know people will be making fun of this thread.. which is okay. But..
I can't wait until Wrestlemania on Sunday! If any other Orgers are into it.. what are your thoughts on it? Favorite matches? Personally, Eddie Guerro vs Kurt Angle for the title will be the best match. Plus The Undertaker's return as the Deadman will be awesome. And I think I'm the only girl who is actually looking forward to seeing the Evening Gown match. Not for sexual reasons, but because I'm a huge fan of Stacy Keibler. And I'm SO glad Goldberg and Lesnar will be GONE after this. I hate them both. Yes, I'm a wrestling dork. Get over it. twitter: @newpowersoul

You might remember him too.. G.I. Joe and all. Lots of people knock it, but it's just a bunch of fun really. People take it a bit too seriously at times. twitter: @newpowersoul

Brock is local and the paper said he is planning on retiring to pursue a career in the NFL. I don't think this will work because there is more to the NFL then just being strong. He calls a local radio station all the time and seems cool as hell and a guy at work wrestled with him for the Gophers and said he is an awesome guy.

The news is that the Vikings want him to try out. So apparently, he isn't just putting himself out there. There was another team interested, but I can't remember the name. He might be an awesome guy outside of wrestling, when I say I hate him.. I mean in wrestling terms. LOL Wrestling fans can hate someone so much, but smart ones know theres a different between in the ring and out of the ring. twitter: @newpowersoul

LOL! Of course they are! But I think people get a little confused. Most of a match is choreographed.. there are parts that they 'call' that are not. The wrestlers train hard to take the bumps. Bumps include shots with ladders, steel chairs, ring bells, falling through tables.. the bumps that they take are very real. And very painful. But they get used to it.. And that is undoubtedly true, because WWE has a pretty heavy injured list. twitter: @newpowersoul

[This message was edited Sat Mar 13 15:02:03 2004 by andykeen] Taker all the way dude! He won't break his undefeated WM streak.. and I'm gonna mark out so bad for his dead man return! If any one superstar symbolizes WWE, it's the Undertaker. For more than a dozen years, the Undertaker has been a WWE mainstay. He's feuded with all the greats -- from Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior to Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock -- and lived to tell about it. No other superstar has ever had the run of success enjoyed by the American Badass -- no one. A four-time WWE Champion, Taker has had the privilege of performing in the main events all over the U.S., North America and the world. In fact, Taker's WrestleMania record is second to none -- he is an amazing 11-0 at Mania events! The Undertaker has also been at the forefront of some of the most original matches and concepts in WWE history. He is the innovator of Inferno Matches, Casket Matches, and, of course, the famed Hell in the Cell Match. Here I am, you lucky people!

Despite missing in-ring action for four months, it appeared as if the Dead Man did not skip a beat. After being led to the ring by Paul Bearer, Undertaker proceeded to gain the very measure of revenge he sought by falling Kane with a Tombstone Piledriver to improve his amazing WrestleMania career record to an unbelievable 12-0. ) Chris Benoit defeated Triple H and Shawn Michaels to win the World Heavyweight Championship Can someone here record it for me and send to me here in Israel.... Wrestlemania XX was OK, but compared 2 the other Wrestlemania's it wasn't as good. They could have done so much more, such as a legends match between Hulk Hogan and Macho Man etc. It was good 2 see the old WWF stars there such as Jesse Ventura, 1 of wrestlings best announcers IMO, much better than Jerry Lawler. The best announcer is JR but if there r any ECW fans u gotta say Joey Styles cuz he announced mostly all the matches on his own. Joey and Don Callis (Cyrus) were a great announce team too.
The best Wrestlemania XX match was the main event, and it was good 2 see Chris Benoit win (a former ECW wrestler). Most of WWE's best wrestlers r from ECW (Benoit, Jericho, Guerrero, Dudley Boyz, Lance Storm, Rey Mysterio, Tommy Dreamer, Tajiri and Mr PPV Rob Van Dam and others too). Rob Van Dam and Mysterio r by far WWE's best wrestlers and should face each other, Benoit is a great technical wrestler as is Lance Storm and Jericho is good too but again WWE doesn't let these guys wrestle and they should cuz these guys put on great matches together and I'd much rather watch 30 minute wrestling matches than listen 2 some Jabroni on the mic 4 10-15 minutes hyping up some storyline or their pay-per-view match. The Rock is the only 1 really who is entertaining on the mic, espically back in 1998/1999 when Wrestling became popular again, is it still popular in the US now? bcuz in the UK it isn't as popular as it was. I think Vince needs 2 look at focusing more on the wrestling aspect rather than the storylines cuz at the end of the day, wrestling fans want 2 see wrestling matches. I'm a big wrestling fan (espically of ECW) and was wondering do u think Vince should have re-started WCW cuz the Raw/Smackdown thing is a waste of time IMO, cuz we all know both r WWE companies anyway, a WCW vs WWE angle would b much better. In fact Vince should bring back ECW and put Paul Heyman back in charge, bring in Sabu (1 of my fave wrestlers ever, check out his match with Terry Funk at Born 2 B Wired and his matches with Van Dam) and Jerry Lynn and focus more on wrestling. Also has any1 in the UK watched The Wrestling Channel yet?, is it gonna b available 2 NTL cable subscribers or just Sky?, cuz I have read some good things about NWA Total-Non Stop Action and I'd like 2 see it. Any1 got the new Ric Flair triple DVD...any good? and the Cactus Jack Double disc, got some of his ECW matches on it..is this any good too? Cool 2 see that there r other wrestling fans on the org!, I thought I was the only 1!
