My partner turned 30 and he's depressed. It's my partner's B Day 2 day and he is in deep depression. I keep telling him that it aint nothin and life is only what he makes it. Plas he is financially secure, he got a damn good paying job and plus he got me no pun intended.
What can I do or him to make him feel better

I got depressed when I turned 30, then I got over it.

I understand his anxiety regarding turning 30 , its quite a big deal at the time . But he'll get over it , remind him its just a dumb number , nothing more , nothing less .
