APPARANTLY THERE IS A MAN WITH BIG ROUND FACE... that lives in the flats next door to my home who likes to look evil and watch my mum water the garden 
I asked for a better description, but by da sounds of things, he has no hair, no body, just a round red face!!!  
I'm sorry i really must control myself sometimes!!! How r y'all doinz?  No hablo espanol,no!

He likes to watch your mum water the garden???? 
Used to live in a flat opposite another flat which was owned by a naked guy (yup, like friends). Small, plump and naked (and not plump in that sense, either.) Plus he appeared to only have one CD which he would play ALL FUCKING DAY AND NIGHT. To top it off, it was Gabrielle's "Rise".
