Freeway Shooter Apprehended Charles McCoy, the Freeway Shooter over here in Columbus, Ohio was arrested in Las Vegas this morning. According to the newspaper, he is on Social Security disability for schizophrenia (so it's already public knowledge, Big Brother! I'm not breaking any Ethics Code!). I'm a disability claims adjudicator, so I could have handled this guy's case...I didn't, but I could have.
