Apparantly some people do not like them and actually complained. I have always been the type of person to not reply or even click on a thread I am not interested in. That seems like the sensible thing to do. If someone thinks something is pointless and boring, why not ignore it? this place can be really depressing

Anyway... on the topic of dreams... I've been having horrible dreams about my teeth either rotting out of my mouth or getting knocked out or just falling out of my mouth lately.

That's basically all it was. Noone is telling you not to post them, and noone was criticizing the content. When you start a seperate thread for each one, and people periodically keep replying to them all, the 1st page of GD was at various times becoming filled with them. The threads werent deleted, a couple were locked to cause them to move on to the second page a little faster.
