250 wounded. Sometimes I'm ashamed of being human. The change has to be inside of all of us. But we cannot justify any kind of idea about revenge, violence, hatred...
Stop nationalisms. We all are human, we are citizens of the world, any stupid idea about nations can be stronger than the respect of the human lives.

I'm devastated sad

I really don´t have words to describe how I feel

This morning when I checked the news on the internet at work I started crying. This is so indescribably sad

I got friends and family in Madrid but they are ok, fortunalely

This is a terrible day for our country and our young democracy

¡Viva la vida!

hug I am totally shocked, Marcos, I have family and friends there too, I think they weren't there, but I don't know. And at last, the only thing is that a lot of people have died unnecessarly. People like us who only wanted to go to work, to live...
Hoy y mañana tenemos que estar en las concentraciones, Marcos, que vean que no les tenemos miedo.

God, this is terrible.

We've an office in Madrid and thankfully they're all okay, but, damn this is terrible.

pray for those who have loved ones and friends in Madrid.

Yeah well, that's the U.S for you. (I am American btw) but it seems like it's not really top news when a tragedy or disaster happens anywhere else in the world unless there were Americans killed in it. If not, it's just pushed to the bottom of the list it seems. sigh

My friend the fireman - a terror victim!

I have a friend in Madrid, he's fireman. Maybe I've got to say, he's been fireman, because since 2 years, he can not work anymore.
He got paranoia, because of the experiences he have had, during he worked, with head and soul for the fireman corps. He also defended humanrights and Peace over all, creating a webpage called: www. elartedelapaz.com, but this page does not exist anymore and he's in ruin.
He's got secret sms messages in his mobile phone and otherkind of calles who made him become, with the time, mental ill.
He's 37 years young and he was a very atractive man, a one who we say, sexy latino, and now...
He can't lieve without psycofarmaca anymore and have lost all his friends. He's becoming a shadow from himselve! Probably he will to do take those medicines, for his whole life!

It's horrible! It's fool!

How do stop that terror and when it begins?

Better ask the political leaders about it. It's election in many places including Spain. This country was ally to the US during Irak... The authorities new about something about two weeks ago but they let peoplze blow away. This is POLITICAL!! This war against terror serves some leaders (they also started a similar fear in France) and they use it well.

And all this happened days before the legislative elections...

In the end it's always the same people who pay. If the authorities really wanted to stop those nationalists groups they would have done it a long time ago but they are useful to the political agenda....
