Shots I took of the Moon

I took these in my front yard. I was walking from my car to the house and I noticed how bright the moon was and when I looked up to see it I was standing under a tree and thought it would make for good pictures to take a picture of the moon through the branches. I fiddled with different light settings. Here they are:

Not to steal your thunder, but this thread reminded me of something.

IceNine (dare I mention his name) took the best picture I've ever seen of the moon (well aside from NASA).

I'm going to post his picture so Icenine if your out there I hope you don't mind.

He must have a bitchin' camera big grin

Nice pics!

Just a few nights ago I was driving some friends home from dinner and we tuned a corner and there was the moon, full, low, bright orange and looked about the size of a house in the sky! It was absolutely amazing. I wish I'd have had a camera. sad
