Summerdawn's First Time... ... PROTESTING FOR ANIMAL RIGHTS! 
fabulous orger Summerdawn joined us today in a protest against Ringling Brothers! let me tell you - she rocked! she walked tall and proud, stood up for what she believes in, and even handled a few ignorant comments by circus-goers - all with class and conviction! i'm so proud of you, gurlie!  hope you'll join us again soon! | |

Congratulations! Lately I've been looking into supporting animal rights myself, after receiving a brochure from PETA outside of KFC about the way they tourture those chickens. And I had no idea of all the horrible things they do to animals for product testing! It's so heart breaking! | |

what made it even more fun was the fact that IAmTheTouch was there the whole time, offering support and suggestions...she's an amazing lady!!!

really, it was my privilege to do this protest with Summer, and i hope she had as much fun as i did. we met up with my friend Miriam and her teenage granddaughter, who have done these protests with me for 3 or 4 years now - how cool is that? after having a week from hell, and working on the weekend, too, it was amazing how much of a re-charge it was to do something you're passionate about - i highly recommend it!
