I thought this movie was good. It was VERY hard to watch, but worth it. Charlize Theron deserved the Oscar for her performance as she took, well, a 'monster' and made the character human. It's all very dark and sad, but an interesting story.

An added bonus for me was Cristina Ricci. I've grown very bored with her but enjoyed her performance in this movie. Of course, it's completely overshadowed by Charlize, but it's a solid performance.
