What are my strengths on the Org? What are my weaknesses? Is my presence here a good thing or a great thing? If I left, what would you do? Would it be suicide or otherwise? It seems the word opinion has been linked to thye word asshole. 
I don't think your an asdshole and your posts and threads are usually very enjoyable. If you leave that 's just one less cowboy in this ghost town that the org has become lately and I won't kill myself cuz I know exactly where to find you...
