The meetings in my office are so false. No-one says what's on their mind except afterwards when they bitch and moan.

It's so superficial it makes me cringe!

naw, the office where i work is not bad. they don't often bore us with meetings and when they do, they're brief and to the point. the only long meetings we have are the employee birthday lunches and the company party those are actually fun.

also, they took us out for drinks and they let us go early on fridays. still, offices are kind of weird aren't they? like being married to a set of people you don't meet until after the ceremony.. ..

If a meeting doesn't stay on track or seems pointless I'm generally the first to point it out. I hate having meetings for the sake of meeting.
