Ethical dilema- what should an orger do? So I'm a part time interviewer and I interview lots of gals. Our company has a policy of remaining professional and not getting over familiar with our interviewees, whilst at the same time developing strong bonds with them as we act as their liason with the company for the first few months.
A couple of months ago I interviewed a girl and we really hit it off. We flirted a little bit and she's called me more times than any of my other applicants with very trivial questions, which seems to be an excuse to just chat on the phone for a half hour. She also texts me in the evenings now and then and yesterday suggested getting together sometime. She's hot stuff and she's really cool so should I just go for it and be discreet with the company? What would you guys do? Put yourself on the worldwide org map! www.frappr.com/princeorg | |
