I'm just trying to say what came to my mind about choosing love I interpreted at first as being passive all the time. And I don't think confrontation should necessarily be seen as anti love. I dunno - is it?

I believe there's only one natural state while in solitude, that burns in the background whether realised or not, and that's love.

I need some peace and love in my heart today..

I took it as meaning choose love over fear, insecurity, anger, doubt, etc....those things weigh you down...love releases their burden.
