noooo. i hated when they cancelled buffy, now angel too? actually though, i kinda been losing interest in angel since they cast 'cordelia' as angel's love interest.

I'm sad about this too. Its the number two rated show on the WB, and they still chose to cancel it! That's *&#$ed up!

At least Smallville will still be with us (the WBs top rated show).

That would be somewhere around the twelfth of never. Several spinoff ideas were discussed, but Dawn was never intended as one. A Faith series was talked about, but then shelved when Dushku's Tru Calling was picked up. There has been some discussion of a possible Willow series (which is the one I wanna see), but nothing has been set in stone. The cancelling of Angel certainly puts a monkey wrench in any possible spin-off plans, but time will tell. I'm gonna be depressed as hell if I don't get my regular fix of the Buffyverse!

I'd like to see a movie (Buffy, Angel or both)

I wonder if Joss Whedon is considering this, it might just be too much of a cult show to get the green light though. Box office expectations have gone through the roof in recent years and the Buffyverse might be too small a place for the movie execs. Having said that, there is a lot of crap that get's made and Buffy was a very clever show, well written and acted.

Fuck it! it deserves a movie or two.
