Depends where I'm at with that person. I generally start off with 5, then ease into 4, and eventually wind up at 1.

I must say, using any bathroom other than my own is always slightly tramatic for me, especially when going number 2. I once went 5 days without going when I was camping with friends cause I can't go in a port-a-potty.
