I found that working out was a great motivation in quitting smoking and instead of gaining weight through eating I lost weight.

But no matter what occurs or what it takes just make sure you don't start again.

I hear from a few friend that the nicoderm patch works to stop the urge to smoke.

I don't need to lose any weight.....too skinny as it is! Thanks for all the kudos though, and the ideas.

The nicotine patch would not be good at this point.....all the nicotine is gone from my system.
