I love mud cake...it's sooooo creamy drool

and i love this cake they serve up at this cafe called Laurent here in Melbs...it's called a Christine...i think i talk about this bloody cake all the time, but once you've tried it, you'll KNOW why!!! It starts with a chocolate brownie base...with chocolate mousse on top with a light but sensuous heart of creme broulee drool

covered with tiny planks of milk chocolate infused with a hint of caramel...sound 2 rich? no no no!

It's combination is a creation of pure, delightful, indulgent perfection!!! thumbs up!

And u need to have it with a nice hot mocha or latte nod
