It's just an excuse for straight men to see other men's cocks, to see them wank and to see them shoot - to experience other men sexually/other men's sexuality. And the humiliatian aspect is a venting of their own repressed sexual desires, i.e. the movie Cruising, "I fucked him, now I must kill him" as a metaphor for killing the pleasure one took from it inside oneself.
