Yeah. Personally, I don't think it works to say, "ok, it's not fun to discuss this anymore, so we're all gonna agree to shut up." I think people will keep discussing it until they have no more to say, and I also think that is ok. That's how things get resolved. | |

If it's discussion you want, yes... do it. If it's open conversation... great. If it's someone making an honest attempt at explaining themselves, either accept it or don't. But, don't blast them as they try... don't flame or kick 'em. Good dialogue is just that. No reason to cause more hurt just because you were. We can learn a lot from ourselves as a result of this, if you're open to understanding and resolve. |
