severe bout of despair

i'm in a rut.
nothing thrills me anymore.
i cant even think of a reason to get off the bed in the morning.
my life is pathetic...
...i've seen that 'Behind The Music' with Leif Garret 18 times...

+"Hey, Leif. It's been a while."

-"Too long, man...I'm so sorry about everything, man, I'm so..."

+"Ready for a bombshell? YOU saved my life."

-"But...but I was driving the...I..."

+"I was on a road to destruction, man. The accident may have crippled me, but I'm alive aren't I?"

-"Can we turn off the cameras, dude?"

it's...it's like i'm...i don't know, trapped in my own life?

---B. Griffen

advice?

Advice?...Oh, I have advice...potent, illuminating advice...the type of advice that turns on a lightbulb within your psyche, that triggers an avalanche of constant and seemingly neverending thoughts and revelations about yourself, your life, and life in general...deep, profound advice seemingly sent directly from the heavens into my being, my advice is so often dead-on accurate...Advice?...Oh, I have advice...

The question is, will you heed my advice if given??..For words of wisdom this powerful should only be used on and given to those who will actually listen...no mere musings or half-concocted opinions based on the misinterpreted experiences that the universe has given us to endure...no, my friend, this advice would be like emotional nectar from the gods passed on to you in verbal form...with me nothing more than a mere vessel, a portal if you will...used to connect these undeniable words of truth to those who truly seek them...

Advice??...Yes...yes, I do have advice...

...oh yeah...go buy an extra large jar of mayonaisse and 11 pairs of blue socks. That should do the trick.

You're welcome. thumbs up!

Spinners - I'll Be Around

This, is our fork in the road
Love's last episode
There's nowhere to go, oh no

You made your choice, now it's up to me
To bow out gracefully
Though you hold the key, but baby

Whenever you call me, I'll be there
Whenever you want me, I'll be there
Whenever you need me, I'll be there
I'll be around

I, knew just what to say
Now I found out today
That all the words had slipped away, but I know

There's always a chance
A tiny spark remains, yeah
And sparks turn into flames
And love can burn once again, but I know you know

Whenever you call me, I'll be there
Whenever you want me, I'll be there
Whenever you need me, I'll be there
I'll be around...yeah

Whenever you call me, I'll be there
Whenever you want me, I'll be there
Even if I have to call, I'll be there
I'll be around

Just call me at home, I'll be there
I'll never leave you alone, I'll be there
Just call out your name you know I know you know
I'll be around
