What a class film, must rent that again soon i had a great experience with that film. went and saw it in the the theatre, and there was maybe 25-30 people there, which is great, i love small crowds. there were maybe 5 of us that got it. we were laughing our heads off when the rain came. as people were walking out, many of them were saying "that was so awful! i hate it!" cause most people don't understand dark comedy. the few of us that really got it were grinning like chesire cats at one another. i freaking love magnolia. it's 2 hours and 50 minutes of suicically depressing exquisite drama and just when it gets to the point you want to slash your wrists, in the last few minutes, it throws one of the most bizarre dark comedy endings i have ever seen at you. i freaking love it.
