I decided not to, because I thought the AIDS comment was cruel enough that I didn't want my friend to read it. . .I know he's a big boy and han handle it, but I didn't especially want him to have to. I distinctly remember saying exactly that to Aaron. I like the org being moderated. I think flaming should be moderated, and I'm fine with hate speech and whatnot being removed. Yep. And as the Quaidbowl site isn't moderated, I don't think that would foster a good sense of community in the long run, but it was fun while it lasted. Did I say I was against moderation? I don't think so. I have had some problems with the moderation here (one of the biggies being that I thought Aaron should have been permanently deactivated long ago for persistent flaming). But I certainly wasn't complianing about moderation in concept. | |
