I really don't think it was planned, a few of the people who were part of the half time show called in to a popular HOUSTON radio station this morning and said, it was an accident, that only the black part of the bustier was to come off exposing the red material part, and that Janet was clearly shocked and embarrased by what happened.
I'm givin lady J the benefit of the doubt, I really don't think she would do that on purpose with all the negative press her brother is getting and all.
