You shouldnt be, but its kinda hard for those around you
not to have an opinion on what it is you do in your life.
Just like its hard for you not to have an opinion on a
friend that is doing something you dont think they should be
doin.
He calls me "Holi" cuz he says everyday w/ me is like a Holiday...

I dont think he was referring to being judged by your friends but being judged by others by the quality of the people who are your friends. biggrin

I think friend's are usually more an indicator of your history and only sometimes a gauge of who you currently are. I am NOTHING like my friends anymore, and it sometimes creates challenges for us as we've grown older. But I love them, and I'm loyal to them.

Look at Jesus: The people he hung out with were awful -- launderers, whores, etc. More than judging someone by the company they keep, it's probably better to assess them by their motivations and/or circumstances for being in that environment.

mrbungle

so if I hang out with crooks, racists, people who intimidate, people who bring others down, fighters, haters, and anything else that is considered bad does that make me that type of person?

I was once told by my mom a famous saying that went something like this "You are what your friends are"

I guess I'm human, what are you?
