 it was so funny, i was watchin the news on fox 9 earlier and they were doin all this shit to demonstrate how cold it was. you can freeze an egg on the sidewalk! it's that cold up here. 
and i just checked my mailbox--i got my state income tax refund check in the mail!  i am so wantin to go and spend a little money...but it's too cold to go anywhere today! 
ah well, at least there's tomorrow--it'll be a whole 13 degrees above zero!  Wow, it's supposed to be around 35 degrees this weekend... here... It's great being close to the Pacific Ocean... Keeps it from being too cold... But winter is still in full effect. No doubt about that... lol... Peace sign to  to the twin cites... | |

We got 2 and a half hours into our road trip to Las Vegas to see the show at the HOB and had to turn back due to a very bad snow storm.
So just when I thought that 24, record breaking, days of below freezing temperatures was enough to make this a really sucky winter...along comes this snow storm. THINK SPRING!!! I'm firmly planted in denial |

In regards to the really cold weather...at least it kills off a lot of the bugs. Hopefully there will be less mosquitos this coming summer. Especially with all that West Nile crap!! __________________________________________________

Today where I live, it was  ... it was 60 degrees.
It was the warmest and sunniest it's been in over 2 months. I loved it... (too bad I was at work!)  |
