A Good Inexpensive Photo-editing software?

I'd really like one. Any recommendations?

Hey try this one.I used this before i got adobe and its pretty good.I think it sells for $70 heres the link.

I have photoexplosion...cheap, and relatively easy before moving on to photoshop, etc, if you choose to. Picture It! is also pretty good.

All my Skeleton Cards are created using PhotoImpact. It's cheap and extremely powerful.

PSP might be easier for beginners.

(not calling Dansa a beginner...just sayin')
