from the movie Monty Python's The Meaning of Life
"Now, here's the meaning of life... Well, it's nothing very special... Try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations." That really is about all there is to it. Some people go through their whole lives without figuring this out. | |

And yet, luckily, I've found that there are just as many rays of light--more, actually--and reasons to not kill oneself. You better stop with this kind of talk or you are gonna kick the bucket for real when I come up there and hug you to death!!! No, honey, don't worry--if anything, my post was very positive. I'm just acknowledging that I have had similar thoughts as what is posted above, and I've had my battles with the 'darkness' and I've discovered that there is more 'light' in life--which gives me more reason to live than not. I think that sometimes it's the people who refuse to allow any of their darkness to peer out who are in danger--they're the ones who often end up being overwhelmed by the harshness of life.
