I'm stacked but I'm unhappy about it. OK my boobs won't stop growing...up to a 36 DD-ok girls--where can I get shirts that FIT me up there-like fitted tees and stuff? I'm not "weight challenged" so I don't need the women's stores-just a place that specializes in big breasted women. i was so depressed this morning-couldn't shut my blouse. Let the rain come down...17 days....

Lane Bryant has smaller sizes for bigger busted ladies. It's expensive, but they have some nice things. My best friend swears by that place. Oh shit, my hat done fell off

2the9s said: Hmmm...or maybe I should say... Sorry for laughing at 2the9s post purplegypsy, I know it is horrible, even though I dont have that problem myself, we all have some kinda problem with our bodies though. My schoolfriend Shirley had MASSIVE boobs, but she walked with her head down, wore big tops and was really depressed about it. She ended up having a breast reduction when she was about 22 cos they were so heavy her posture caused her spine to weaken and curve. Afterwards she was like a new woman and felt great, got a new wardrobe and looked great. I am not saying that is the answer, I have a lot of friends who have really big boobs, but when one starts at the foundation, eg getting a really good fitted bra it can really halve the problem. Luckily in the UK there are lots of womens stores that cater for bigger sizes and women who are large on top, even all the fashion shops stock bigger sizes so women big on top, or bottom or both find something, and clothes that are high fashion too. Course this wasnt the case years ago, but buyers have done their research for their customers and opted to expand the size range. Its funny cos when the clothes go on sale at the end of the season, only small tiny sizes are left... Good Luck though and stand up proud! Many women would kill to have bigger boobs [This message was edited Mon Jan 26 9:33:18 PST 2004 by REDFEATHERS]

as a guy ... it may sound strange ... but i can have some sympathy for ya ... i knew a gal in college who was so bothered by it ... she had a reduction surgery ...
i remember thinking ... damn - isnt it funny how in life ... people suffer from things that they were born with ... either ... maybe they are short (like Prince )-and cant play basketball like the others around him growing up ... (but then later in life ... you see tall people having health-related problems , etc ... ) ... same can be said with boobs - so many gals are tortured with small boobs (by society I mean )... so you can look on the bright side ... and perhaps ... one day ... you could get the reductive surgery ... if thats what u want ... on the other side ... i think if u exercise alot - one of the first thing that is burned is "fat" from around the breast area ... altho .. i am not sure of this ... have heard it from gals who are joggers ... etc ...

Maybe just search around for stuff online. I would help, but I'm at work and 'big bust' might throw up a red flag to admin if I enter that in a search engine. Oh shit, my hat done fell off

I know, I'm small, but my chest is a 32 D. It's sooo hard to find bras that fit a 32 D, because Ds are usually for bigger women!

Does medical insurance cover breast reduction surgery for health reasons? If your breasts are so large that they are causing you depression, you could make a case. Also large breasts can sometimes lead to back problems in women. Maybe you can talk to your doctor for advise. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Mine are bigger than that purplegyspy and I'm not a big girl at all. It is rough on so many levels. Victoria's secret has bras that are cute and go pretty big, maidenform can be very supportive if you don't mind the granny look. I have unique style so I've actually learned to just make my own clothes to be whatever I want, and make them also fit how I want.
There are certain cuts of shirt that are more flattering to bigger busts, including v-neck (preferably not TOO low , the classic Liz Taylor look which was a v-neck that the shoulders were basically an inch wide (Liz really made the best of her assets, that can be an inspiration to you) , a low bateau neck (goes straight across shoulder to shoulder, sometimes has a piece of fabric which folds over a few inches over chest, can have short sleeves, long sleeves, or no sleeves), you can wear a higher neckline (scoop, for instance) with long or 3/4 sleeves or maybe elbow length (don't recommend very short sleeves, you want to lengthen your body), a sweetheart neckline for special occasions (strapless, heart-shaped so it makes a v in the middle, has to be stiffened to hold it's shape of course). This is one pattern that can have a minimizing effect: Dark colors minimize, lighter colors give a sense of broadness. More substantial fabrics are favorable. Try to work with what you have and highlight your positives before doing anything drastic

PS A tailor can be your best friend. They usually charge 10 dollars per item to fit them for you. Small price for comfort and confidence. Or you can fit them yourself. It isn't difficult to sew if you have some extra time. [This message was edited Mon Jan 26 12:16:27 PST 2004 by conch5184]
