Hangovers! Hangovers for me used to be a weekly thing, even sometimes during the week! I can't remember how I coped then and I don't know how to cope now!
I wasn’t steaming drunk like I used be but I made the classic mistake of mixing my drink. Jack Daniel’s and white wine!  DOH! It seemed good at the time now I’m paying the price!

don't know what's giving u most trouble, head or stomach. Sleep is good, drinking water also. Beating it down with some pain-killers and something to get u'r stomach under control also. Don't try to eat if u still feel bad, it won't help. If i have a serious hangover i limit myself to coke and water. A good rule of thumb is: twelve hours after ur last drink the worst is over. So by dinner u can eat something, and by night u should feel well enough to go drinking again.
But u'r well enough already to come online, so i guess u'll b fine  "It's better 2 B hated 4 what U R than 2 B loved 4 what U R not."

V-8 juice and 3 motrin always use to do it for me.
I dont get hung over anymore for some reason. Maybe my body has finally become immune to all the alcohol I drink!  He calls me "Holi" cuz he says everyday w/ me is like a Holiday... | |

I'm hungover today the thing is i didn't even get drunk lastnight. I only had onedrink and I didn't feel it at all. 
Gonna drink again tonight so I better drink lots of water before I go to bed or else tomorrow is gonna be hell!   In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

Take 2 asprin and drinks lots and lots of water and go back to sleep for about 2 hours.. also drink lots of juice or gatorade.. drinking dehydrates you and you need to replace all the nurtients and hydration in your body! Also keep your meals light.. toast with maybe a little peanutbutter or maybe some bran cereal with whole milk to coat your belly..
