How many of you go for a run during the week?

How often do you run, and how far?

Do you run the same route or do you change it?

What route do you run? To the sweet shop and back, down by a river, down the streets, across the countryside?

Please tell

I run sometimes and I absolutely hate it. I even cheat sometimes and walk some of the way. I find it so boring. I guess if I did it more Id begin to really enjoy it. The route takes me down under the flyover, right up to Sindlefigen Park, past Gosforth School, past Gunstones Bakery and then back up the Gosforth Lane.

Running is not something I partake of. I don't remember the last time I ran, shit thats quite sad!

I've never been much of a runner because a) breasts 2) it's supposed to be very hard on the joints, especially knees 3) city air where I live. I do stretches (from the New York City Ballet Workout) and either swim at the Y or jump on a three-foot trampoline. Fun
