namepeace	I thought it was a fantastical, well-acted, quintessential Tim Burton movie. One of the better movies of 2003. Good night, sweet Prince \| 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016 Props will be withheld until the showing and proving has commenced. -- Aaron McGruder

I actually HATED this movie and I found it to be personally OFFENSIVE.

First of all, I ADORE Burton,,,but "Big Fish" just rubbed me the wrong way. The movie heroizes the father--who's a raging narcisisst and compulsive liar. The guy reminded me OF MY OWN FATHER...which is WHY I hated it so much. See, my dad's a REAL prick...and Albert Finney's character was JUST LIKE HIM.

I just DIDN'T find Finney's character to be likeable AT ALL. On the contrary, I HATED HATED HAAAYYY-TED him.

BUT...LOTS of people love the movie and God bless 'em. I just didn't...
