Australia.... ...here I come!!  
Purchased the tickets, and will be in Sydney from March 14th until March 24th...with a short trip to the Whitsunday Islands while I'm there. Would be nice to meet some of you who live near Sydney...  ..drop me an orgNote if ya'd like to meet a real, live Californian. 
And Althom...no getting me drunk and dressing up kangaroos as hookers. :O | |

Ticket was $1,250 roundtrip...(with a long-ass direct flight, so be ready!)...hotels are amazingly affordable, which was nice to see...Althom sent me this link: http://www.sydneyhotelsac...ation.com/ I'm staying at The Sebel Pier One (figured going to Australia isn't an everyday event, so might as well do it right)... If you check with a travel agent, there are "Multi Passes" (or whatever...I can't remember what they're called right now..my mind's still cloudy..heh) that allow for multiple trips from within Australia... Hope that helps... | |

have a great time, Byron! i wasn't able to get out of Sydney the few times i've been for business, but even the cities are beautiful! i'm sure you'll have a great time. i had nothing but positive things to say about every trip there  We are the heat and the light in the forest. Without us this is only a place. With us it becomes an adventure. | |
