I'm On the Atkins Diet

8 days so far, lost 5 pounds.

No breads, no milk... all proteins. It's pretty fucking hard, but the results will be good (I hope!) mr.green

Get on Weight Watchers. It's the best because it teaches you how to eat better and respect what goes into your body more. With weight watchers and exercise I lost 6 pounds in 1 week and it is still coming off that quickly. I am eating just fine too. No complaints about it being hard. All you have to do is watch what you are eating and how much. simple.

I am on a version of this.. but it is much easier to follow and I get to eat ANYTHNG i want for an hour a day (whether it be McDonalds, pizza, donuts).. It is wonderful! I know it works casue i was on it a few years ago and lost 15lbs on it. Its called the Carbodydrates Addicts Diet.

I totally agree. I've done WW before and it worked great for me and I still have the weight off and it's been years now.
