I'm On the Atkins Diet 8 days so far, lost 5 pounds.
No breads, no milk... all proteins. It's pretty fucking hard, but the results will be good (I hope!) |

Get on Weight Watchers. It's the best because it teaches you how to eat better and respect what goes into your body more. With weight watchers and exercise I lost 6 pounds in 1 week and it is still coming off that quickly. I am eating just fine too. No complaints about it being hard. All you have to do is watch what you are eating and how much. simple. "It's that Coqui 900, can I have me a sip"

I am on a version of this.. but it is much easier to follow and I get to eat ANYTHNG i want for an hour a day (whether it be McDonalds, pizza, donuts).. It is wonderful! I know it works casue i was on it a few years ago and lost 15lbs on it. Its called the Carbodydrates Addicts Diet.
