"Hi. I've read a lot of comments from you guys lately, and I'm concerned that you have some favorite 'targets', users you like to 'pick on' or try to antagonize. This is not acceptable. Even if you think you're staying strictly within the letter of the org rules (which I don't, by the way), you need to work a lot harder at trying to not incite flaming. If you think you're just being cute and sarcastic, guess what, almost no one else can figure that out simply from the way things are worded (or at least, I can't, and that's really who matters!)

I value your contributions and participation in the site, but certainly not more than I value respect for everyone playing nice. If you have any questions about a post, err on the side of caution--that would be my advice.

I dont say too much in these rooms...but I do have an opinion here...

At times there are some comments that I do cringe at - but mostly it is people having fun in a controlled environment.
Maybe I haven't read the same as you RD, but I dunno, surely its all in jest, or am I being a bit naive...?

I don't think we're used to dealing with someone who is levelheaded, who offers a fair warning, and who is genuinely interested in improving the quality of this place for as many people as possible.
