Being that I never actually BROKE a bone in my body (knock on wood).. I have sprained my knee .It was horrible i heard this pop and i couldnt' walk on it anymore. .. which can i say hurt like hell.. I still think i tore tendons or ligaments cause sometimes my knee feels the joints rub against each other. I saw this thing about the cartilage wearing and this happening and needing massive surgury.. Lets say I shook for about an hour..
