A Fun Evening.

Ingredients;

Two orgers; A GooeyTheHamster and a Dawntreader.

Cakes; of the chocolate, hazelnut variety.

Drinks; coffee and ice tea.

Nibbles; crackers with brie and pate.

Music; countless Prince music; especially the uncut Purple Rain variety. Even though the hamster KNOWS these jams by soul, he was still blown away by the uncut version of Darling Nikki. Again.

Realization; Goo and Dawn listen to music with the same vibes and during conversation hit on so many simularities that it was like meeting someone you have known for years.

Imagine; next time, when there will be BOOZ involved.

Timespan; from 8 in the eve til 2 in the morn, we were load to part, as we had so much fun, listening to, besides Prince; Mahalia Jackson's Walk Over Gods Heaven, The Ohio Player's Love Rollercoaster and some arabic melancholic music, some 40's torch singers and more.

Dear Dawntreader, hope to do this again SOON! It was fun.

aaah so sweet !

well with a great host, it's 75% of a great evening.

(but i was very tired today, VERY, needed to take catnaps with my cat.)

it is so nice to have a friend that likes almost exactly the same things as you do yourself. even when it comes to guys: we like the same type smile

Goeey showed me many Prince things that i don't own, tourbooks, magazines and lots of music. when i was on my bike heading back home, i realised once again that Prince is an great ARTIST.

and we don't need any booze. we need more 'gebak' !
