I've not been in a situation like that, but I think I wouldn't get married. If it's possible I would keep my relationship and try to get the guy as involved as possible.
Depending on how things turn out during the months of pregnancy I might try and live together after a while.

I think if in that situation, one should take it easy and really try your hardest to make it work but defenatly not rush things.
