What Is Your Ugliest Piece of Furniture? I have this yellow undersized armchair that is made out of some material/fabric that I don't know what it is. And when I say yellow, I mean bright yellow. I love the chair. It's really comfortable, great for reading, but my wife makes me keep it in the study, away from people.
I don't think it's got long to go. It's fairly new, but the cat loves it almost as much as I do and I frequently catch her sharpening her claws on it. I think she and the wife might be in cahoots. 
And that folks is my ugliest piece of furniture. At this point, I would like to invite others to share stories of their ugliest piece of furniture. | |

I have a horrible dining room ensemble that I inheited from my ex's parents. I'm totally grateful for it, but the second I'm able to get some new dining room furniture, that stuff is off to the nearest Goodwill. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Mine is my living room couch. My frickin kids have spilt so much food and drink on it that it is now disgusting. They have also drawn on it and ripped the covering. 
We have decided not to buy a new one until my youngest is about 5 by which time he should know better (or else!  )When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |
