Your Thing...

what's your thing? what's your passion? is there something in your life for which you are you willing to endure ridicule, even hardship? the issue that's worth fighting for. when did you find it? can you imagine ever not standing for this? better yet, can you imagine dying for it?

i'm in complete awe of people who dedicate their entire life for the cause or causes they are passionate about. they may act in silence, without much fanfare, or their name may become synonymous with that cause. either way, it's fascinating to think that people can be that passionate.

personally, i think i'd rather die a slow death than not have this level of passion in me. how about you?

I'm quite passionate about censorship and freedom of speech. Take pornography for example. Seriously, I think personal freedom and adults making their own informed decisions about what they can and cannot see is something worth fighting for. The UK has some of the strictest censorship laws in Europe. It's becoming a nanny state. I also just like looking at scuddy burds and people shagging!

~seeing, feeling all beautiful moments in life, yes... even death.

... there is too much I believe in, too much I stand strong against, too much to write. Am I perfect, hell no... but there is not a day that I am not aware of my choices, the positive power within (it is) and what I can do to better the world around me. It's my religion or divine spirituality to not succumb. I do what is within my power and the rest... well, I don't give up or give in easy if I see the benefits it may have. I feel there is a big difference in putting constant efforts toward issues one may feel compassionately about, some things just are not worth the fight and I simply push it aside, move on. I am quite persistent and fear no authority, if I am standing up for what I believe in. Would I die for issues I hold strong and personal convictions over? Yes. I do not fear death.

~worthy thinking to ponder (thank you IAMTheTouch)... I feel one should be aware of their passion each day, passion sparks the gist of life...
