Who hates having to go to bed (to sleep) OK, I'm all 4 an early night when I have company but other than that don't you hate having to go to bed? It's 23:29 here in the UK and I'm starting to yawn & I've got work in the morning. Last night, I stayed up until 1:30am just because I wanted to. Which was dumb as I regretted it when I woke up this morning.

i don't hate goin to bed...it's the wakin up in the mornin that i can't stand. it sux, i'm always in the most comfortable sleeping position when it's time for me to get outta bed!

Oh... I hate it as well.
For some reason, I've always averaged less than 5 hours of sleep a night, even as a kid. Now it's more like 4 hours. It takes me forever to fall asleep and I wake up two or three times. When I sleep three hours for several days in a row, I'll feel the need to take a nap in the afternoon, but I rarely get the chance. I've tried everything from drinking less coffee to long relax baths. Oh well... at least it gives me more time to think. | |
