Ethiopia - a journey with Michael Burke Just watched one of most amazing and moving documentaries on bbc tv. there is currently a live discussion (its great...not an online chat) talking about the issues raised on the programme.

its hard to not feel angry and frustrated as well as emotional watching the documentary.
what bob geldof did was awe inspiring i forgot about the live aid experience...i was young but i do remember it being huge.

And where were Prince and MJ for that? where were the two biggest acts on the planet when it counted? i don't think you should judge performers who weren't there. many people give to charity anomousely and of their own accord. thats how i believe charity should be given. live aid was a completely different experience...who knows why they wern't there. i did not think even consider it.
