Mr.Rogers Loved Kids and he was never accused of being a pediphile ... So why they picking on MJ 4 loving kids ? That's how u know this society is phucked up, everyday you hear news about kids being miss treated by adults, but when someone shows that they care, what do they do, they want 2 make them the enemy ! There's a lot of truth in what U say. But our #1 priority is to the children. Better to care too much that too little. Even if this does mean being a bit over kill and a bit too cautious.
As much as I love Michael I believe he has had unhealthy relationships with minors, however I think it’s mainly due to mental health problems brought on by his upbringing, so I don’t strictly blame him for it. Mr. Rogers was also a respected philosopher, theologian, jazz musician (!) and child therapist who respected the needs and boundaries of children - it wasn't about fulfilling a lost childhood for him, but rather respecting the dignity of a child's life. MJ could learn a few things from Fred Rogers' legacy (as could we all)... | |
