night shift jetlag issue

i've been working night shift from 7 pm to 7 am for a month. it is unusual i haven't done this in a few years but i'm finding it particularly hard as i'm working days on sat and sun and then back again on nights during the week. it's been kinda ok so far but now my body has gone nuts and i'm waking up at weird times and today at 2.30 in the middle of the day i fell into a deep sleep at my desk only to be woken up by my client.(very embarrassing) i've only got one more week 'till i finish these commercials.i only hope i dont go mad. i feel like i've got cabin fever mixed with freaky jetlag.

i hope i'm not boring you but i'm feeling totally insane.

hmmm... am i babbleing?

I used to, for almost 4 years...way back when I was taking design classes, I used to stay up for literally 23 1/2 hours a day (I got 30 minutes of sleep Monday thru Thursday, and 4 hours of sleep on Friday-Sunday)...I was either attending classed, doing homework, working at night cleaning a 3-story office building by myself, or driving between class, work and home. It screwed my body clock up permanently as a result...I alternately gained and lost 50 pounds over that period...I was a mess.
